Dr. Atef Abosaif is a distinguished legal professional with over 27 years of extensive experience in the legal field. He is the founder of Atef Abosaif Advocates in Egypt, where he has consistently demonstrated his expertise by representing and defending clients in all stages of litigation, including appearances before the Supreme Constitutional Court.

In addition to his practice in Egypt, Dr. Abosaif is a licensed Legal Consultant in the United Arab Emirates, holding his Legal Affairs license since 2012. His passion for law and commitment to excellence led to the establishment of Atef Abosaif Legal Services and Consultancy FZE LLC in the UAE, further expanding his influence and impact in the region.

Finance Manager

Mrs. Sharon Loste is a highly experienced and proactive Manager of the Accounting Department at Atef Abosaif Legal Services and Consultancy. With over 20 years of combined experience in banking and finance, she brings a wealth of expertise and a strong work ethic to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and has spent 10 years in the banking sector in the Philippines, followed by over a decade in Dubai, where she has excelled in managing accounting, financial, and administrative tasks.

She is known for her exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which enable her to establish and maintain successful business relationships. She is committed to delivering the highest caliber of customer service, ensuring that all financial operations are conducted with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency. Mr. Mohamed Lateif

Governance Advisor and Policy Analyst

Mohamed Lateif is a Governance Advisor and Policy Analyst at Atef AboSaif Legal Services and Consultancy, where he provides strategic governance and policy advisory support to strengthen institutional integrity, legal compliance, and organizational performance. In his role, he contributes to the design and analysis of governance frameworks, policy briefs, and strategic advisory outputs that align the firm’s legal and consultancy services with international standards of transparency, accountability, and good governance.

He is currently a PhD Candidate in Governance and Regional Integration and holds a Master’s degree in Governance, which underpin his evidence-based and research-driven approach to governance advisory. His academic specialization enables him to integrate theoretical governance models with practical legal and institutional applications, particularly in areas related to anti-corruption, institutional reform, and policy development.

At Atef AboSaif Legal Services and Consultancy, Mohamed supports governance reform initiatives by conducting policy analysis, advising on governance structures, and contributing to strategic planning processes that enhance regulatory compliance and institutional credibility. He also engages in stakeholder-informed policy research and knowledge management, translating complex governance and policy challenges into clear, actionable recommendations that strengthen internal governance mechanisms and support high-quality legal consultancy services in diverse regulatory environments.

Mr. Mahmoud Adel

Mr. Mahmoud Adel is a seasoned Legal Consultant with extensive expertise across a wide range of legal disciplines, including commercial, corporate, civil, and public law. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law with honors from Beni-Suef University in Egypt, where he also earned a Diploma in Commerce and Investment. In addition, he has completed a Diploma in Public Law and a specialized Diploma from the Bar Association’s Legal Institute in Egypt. Further enhancing his qualifications, he holds a Master’s degree in Public Law.

Mrs. Fatma Allam is a dedicated Legal Assistant with practical experience in legal case management and court procedures. She graduated from Helwan University and began her legal career at Atef AboSaif Law Firm in Egypt, where she worked for two years.

She is responsible for supporting the firm’s legal operations through managing case registrations, filing legal claims and pleadings, submitting court applications, handling enforcement procedures, and monitoring the progress of cases before the relevant judicial authorities. She also coordinates legal documentation and ensures that procedural requirements and court deadlines are met accurately and efficiently.

With strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of legal administrative processes, Fatma plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of clients’ legal matters.
